Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Experience handling or reviewing sales reports (DSR) and performance data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with different teams and store staff
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues
• Willing to do frequent fieldwork and store visits
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Can work independently and handle multiple stores or locations
