Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking an IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations across all retail and restaurant locations. You will lead the IT support team, ensure hardware, networks and infrastructure function smoothly, coordinating with external vendors as needed.

Responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting for POS, servers, biometric devices and CCTV; asset tracking, backups and security; and enforcing standard IT policies.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in IT support with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in retail or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the IT support team and manage issues.
• Troubleshoot IT systems including POS, servers, biometric devices, and CCTV.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and network connections.
• Enforce IT policies and rollout standard procedures.
• Manage procurement, installation, and asset tracking of IT hardware and software.
• Support data backup, recovery, and security practices.
• Provide user training and document support processes.
• Escalate critical issues and track resolutions with management or vendors.
