Job summary

WeSupport, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Account Manager to own end-to-end IT project delivery and BAU enhancements. You will manage relationships with the business units and drive alignment between IT plans and organizational goals.

Responsibilities include regular client touchpoints, cost reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions across projects. Strong PM experience across Waterfall and Agile is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years in Account Manager role with IT projects/BAU enhancements.
3+ years client-facing with proven delivery of IT solutions.
Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Project Management and in Waterfall/Agile.
Delivery-manager/PM experience on at least one project.
Experience in Contract Management (SOW, MA, MITA).
Stakeholder presentation experience.
Banking industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Align IT plans of business units with goals and strategies.
Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide status of projects and BAU requests.
Lead idealisation and initiation activities for enhancements and subscriptions.
Review costs and budgets with relevant business units.
Negotiate resource contention and delivery dates with clients.
Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancements requested by business units.
Prepare business cases and high-level requirements docs for technology solutions.
Foster collaboration with business units, personnel and stakeholders.
