Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to bridge business units and the IT group, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals.

You will manage client relationships, oversee ideation and initiation of projects, and ensure timely delivery of priority projects and BAU requests across teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements, prioritizing system enhancements, coordinating budgets and resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of how IT initiatives align with business strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project delivery frameworks (waterfall and agile).
• Knowledge of contract management (SOW, MA, MITA).
• Proven ability to coordinate budgets, resources and BAU activities.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Align IT plans of business units with their goals and strategies.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide status on priority projects and BAU requests.
• Lead ideation and initiation for enhancements and subscriptions.
• Coordinate costs and budget with relevant business units.
• Negotiate priorities, resources, and delivery timelines with clients.
• Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancements for business impact.
• Prepare business cases and high-level requirements documents for technology solutions.
• Foster collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
