Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Supply Chain Assistant to support inventory management, demand monitoring, and supplier coordination. The role focuses on maintaining stock availability and accurate purchasing records in a busy Manila operation.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to optimize purchasing processes. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site work in Paco, Manila, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with purchasing/procurement.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills for inventory monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Excel and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: monitor stock levels and forecast demand.
• Purchasing Operations: ensure accurate purchasing docs and supplier data.
• Supplier coordination: work with vendors to resolve availability and discrepancies.
• Other duties: support process improvements and assist the purchasing team.
