Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in manufacturing, LPG, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Good negotiation, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of suppliers, materials, tools, and industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and meet urgent operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, spare parts, equipment, tools, and other plant requirements.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams regarding material requirements.
• Evaluate and maintain reliable supplier relationships.
• Compare quotations and ensure purchases meet quality and company specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and safety requirements.
