Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years in inventory planning, supply chain operations, or logistics; e-commerce/retail a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or dashboards is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Good coordination and communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and purchase planning to support inventory needs.
• Consolidate sales trends, category inputs, and historical data for forecasts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate forecast assumptions and procurement actions.
• Stock distribution and movement tracking across multiple warehouses.
• Monitor SKU movements, line haul arrivals, and transfer schedules.
• Identify stock-out risks, overstock, or regional imbalances.
• Data monitoring and reporting via dashboards or trackers for key metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis between forecast and actuals; propose corrective actions.
• Prepare routine reports and insights for team reviews.
• Support SOP updates and inventory planning tool enhancements.
