Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Resource Planner to drive end-to-end planning for supply, capacity, and budgeting. You will translate demand signals into resource plans and monitor capacity models to optimize warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse, S&D, and Finance, and ownership over planning accuracy and efficiency. A strong analytics background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SC Management, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, warehouse operations, or budgeting.
• Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL are a plus.
• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and turning them into insights.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and systems thinking.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across Warehouse, Finance, and S&D.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and requirements.
• Translate order volume into actionable resource requirements across packaging, manpower, and logistics.
• Monitor supply-demand alignment and flag gaps or risks for escalation.
• Coordinate with WRM, Warehouse, and S&D to align supply plans with operations.
• Maintain accuracy of supply planning trackers and data integrity across tools.
• Build and maintain capacity models to project warehouse utilization.
• Support budgeting across manpower, packaging, logistics, and facilities.
• Surface variances with root-cause analysis and cost optimization suggestions.
