Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Resource Planner to drive end-to-end supply, capacity, and budgeting activities for peak warehouse efficiency. You will translate demand signals into actionable resource plans, build capacity models, and track cost targets, collaborating closely with WRM, Warehouse, and S&D teams.

The role combines data analytics with operations and financial discipline, demanding ownership over planning accuracy and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate demand signals into resource plans.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis within operations or logistics.
• Proficient in Excel/BI tools and capable of handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse, Finance, and S&D.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Translate order projections into resource requirements across packaging, manpower, and logistics.
• Monitor supply-demand alignment and escalate gaps or risks.
• Build capacity models to project warehouse utilization and validate against operational reality.
• Support budgeting and cost management across manpower, packaging, logistics, and facilities.
