Job summary

RTX in the Philippines seeks a skilled Inventory Planning Specialist to join our onsite team at Tanauan. You will review inventory trends, set MP parameters per EMP and IE standards, and provide critical inputs to Master Data Planners to optimize materials planning.

You will also support forecasting, analyze inaccuracies, and drive continuous improvements with cross-functional partners in Finance, Operations, and Planning using Kinaxis and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex inventory and supply chain data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to review inventory trends, identify gaps, and drive actions to achieve inventory and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain Material Planning (MP) parameters in accordance with EMP, IE standards, and enterprise policies.
• Provide MP parameter inputs to Master Data Planners, including MRP Types, MOQ, Lot Sizes, Lead Times, Safety Stocks, and other planning parameters.
• Support inventory forecasting through input/output models, reason codes, and analysis of inventory inaccuracies.
