Job summary

RTX in the Philippines seeks an experienced Material Enablement Lead to ensure material readiness for production at our Tanauan site. You will coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to remove barriers and improve inventory and scheduling performance.

You will mentor the Material Enablement team, drive continuous improvement, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to site leadership to sustain production continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, or production planning.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage material enablement to ensure material readiness for production.
• Coordinate material enablement across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, risks, and communicate recovery plans.
• Track material readiness and on-time support; drive root-cause analyses.
• Present material availability, shortage, and risk information to site leadership for decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement in material planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Mentor and develop Material Enablement team members.
