Job summary

RTX, in Tanauan, Philippines, is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage the SIOP cycle onsite and align activities with Finance, Engineering, and Operations. You will drive data-driven decisions to meet inventory and financial targets and support executive reporting.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain or analytics, you will translate business strategies into actionable plans and coordinate across functions to improve performance in a fast-paced aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation) and all deliverables for a value stream
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities and recommend plans that meet inventory and financial targets
• Support executive level SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans, supporting ELT and SLT decision-making
