Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a materials planning and SIOP professional in the Philippines. The role supports demand forecasting, capacity planning, and the optimization of resources across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with product development, sales and manufacturing to drive timely delivery and efficiency. The position requires a degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (E1/JDE/SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (E1, JDE or SAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
• Participates in standardizing processes in materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources.
• Supports indicators for visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.
• Identifies appropriate demand streams and data linkages.
• Works with product development, sales and marketing to develop demand forecasts.
• Supports planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant operations.
• May assist in monthly production volume planning using forecasts, inventory and capacity.
• Contributes to identifying new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability.
• Tracks metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Develops processes to improve supply capabilities and robust metrics for SIOP.
