• Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies.
• Process improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for storage, labeling, and tracking.
• Department collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to meet operational needs.
