Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and acknowledge deliveries from suppliers.
• Verify quantities and report any discrepancies, damages or defective items.
• Prepare, check and release materials for delivery, ensuring good quality.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconcile stock movements with inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and fast-moving items to ensure sufficient stock for projects.
• Track pending purchase orders and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness and safety.
• Safeguard all materials stored in the warehouse.
