Job summary

GreenPlus Corporation in Laguna, Philippines seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse processes, monitor inventory, and enforce FIFO/FEFO procedures. You will lead daily tasks and maintain accurate records in our warehouse systems.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations and inventory management, with experience in WMS and SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training opportunities and company social events are offered.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4 year, or at least 2 years of college education.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience in WMS and SAP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, FIFO/FEFO inventory systems.
• Relevant training in inventory management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and transaction documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into warehouse systems.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against supporting documents.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
• Address operational concerns and provide timely updates to immediate superior.
