HS Hiring Solutions Inc is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock across multiple channels, ensure optimal levels, and lead process improvements. The role emphasizes accurate forecasting, SOP development, and team leadership within an on-site Quezon City operation in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with warehouses, e-commerce, and retail teams to minimize stockouts, improve turnover, and maintain product quality for skincare lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning and control across warehouses, retail, and e‑commerce.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and campaigns.
• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch with FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Maintain records in ERP/WMS and generate stock reports for turnover and aging.
• Develop and improve SOPs for all inventory processes and ensure adherence.
• Train and onboard staff on SOPs, systems, and best practices.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound operations.
• Monitor compliance with product handling, expiry, and quality standards.
