Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an Internal Team Lead and Client Account Manager to manage client relationships and lead the VA team from an HR perspective. This role combines account management with HR oversight and a focus on driving growth through upselling existing services.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, superb communication, HR acumen, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while coordinating flexible schedules to meet client demands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client relationships and managing accounts.

• Ability to resolve HR-related issues for VAs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue growth and upsell opportunities.
• Support VAs with HR concerns and conflict resolution.
• Oversee internal processes and workflow efficiency.
• Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights.
• Coordinate flexible scheduling based on client needs.
• Be available for urgent client cases outside normal hours.
