Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a strategic Internal Team Lead and Client Account Manager in the Philippines to manage client relationships while guiding the VA team from an HR perspective. The role includes addressing client concerns, driving sales growth, and supporting VAs with HR-related issues to ensure high service quality.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, resolving issues promptly, and coaching VAs to strengthen client relations.

• Identify sales opportunities and drive growth with existing clients

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for existing and new clients, ensuring needs are met and satisfaction with VA performance and service quality
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure effective resolution
• Act as account manager, building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their business needs
• Identify opportunities to expand services and upsell to existing clients
• Support VAs in navigating client-related challenges and HR concerns, including conflict resolution and scheduling
• Provide coaching to VAs on improving client relationships and teamwork
• Ensure internal systems, processes, and workflows run efficiently
• Regularly report on team and client performance and identify trends to improve outcomes
• Be available outside regular hours and on weekends for urgent client cases; night shifts a plus
