Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Business Insights Officer who will use data analytics frameworks to deliver actionable insights, support revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. This role partners with Branch Banking Sector units to monitor and meet analytics needs through data visualization and storytelling.

The position involves analyzing transactions, identifying growth opportunities, and helping the Area Head formulate strategies based on evidence gathered from analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Statistics or related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Data analysis and insights experience in a bank.
• Strong ability to drive data-driven decisions and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders at varying levels.
• Banking industry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics frameworks to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with Branch Banking Sector business units to identify and meet analytics needs.
• Analyze transactions and provide meaningful insights to drive revenue growth and cost reductions.
• Support strategy formulation for the Area Head based on gathered insights.
