Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute marketing strategies within budgets and timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports the BUSM Lead and Division Head in delivering integrated Marketing solutions.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across media and platforms.
• Owns and delivers marketing requirements for the BU with cross-functional teams.
• Develops analytics requirements and presents insights from campaigns.
• Champions consumer segmentation and brand guidelines.
• Delivers budgets, timelines, and post-evaluation reports.
