Job summary

TDCX Malaysia in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle for an ePayment Gateway Solution, engaging at CTO/COO/CFO levels of SME in North America.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher, strong English communication, and the ability to lead inbound inquiries with a consultative approach while thriving in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master's degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Serving at first point of contact with many new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses.
• For non-sales leads, route the lead to the most appropriate queue based on the rules while maintaining a premier user experience.
