Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate for ALogis Artico to drive occupancy and leasing across facilities nationwide. You will source key accounts, build relationships with stakeholders and prepare offers and contracts.

The role requires a marketing/business background, at least two years in real estate sales, willingness to travel to property sites, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
• Background in cold storage warehouse operations or leasing preferred.
• Willing to travel to different property sites across the country.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Resident of Sta. Rosa, Laguna or nearby area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and handling key accounts for all facilities nationwide.
• Be part of a high performing team covering sales and marketing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple verticals.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs related to Sales & Marketing of ALogis Artico.
• Create and deliver reports to management and maintain meeting notes.
• Assist in end-to-end leasing process from presentation to handover.
• Research prospective accounts and pursue leads to successful agreements.
• Assist in collection of accounts receivable.
