Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Leasing Associate responsible for lease administration and account management of assigned industrial warehouse properties.

You will implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income, while maintaining high tenant satisfaction. You will handle contract execution, renewals, and terminations, coordinate with maintenance and finance teams, and prepare detailed leasing performance reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant leasing, property management, or account management experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or logistics real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and tenant relations.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Able to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full lease lifecycle, including contract execution, warehouse turnover, renewals, and terminations.
• Negotiate lease agreements, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold property standards and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts as needed.
• Prepare leasing performance reports for the monthly Operations Meeting.
• Maintain centralized database and ensure records are complete and secure for business continuity.
• Contribute to major departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives for process improvement.
• Actively participate in team-based workgroups and foster a collaborative work environment.
