Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Leasing Officer to assist the Leasing Manager in planning, directing and coordinating leasing activities across assigned office, retail, and residential properties to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will market properties, respond to inquiries, negotiate lease proposals, prepare reports for management, and coordinate with brokers and departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of leasing or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or any business-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, business development, marketing, property development or related field.
• Effective communication (oral and written).
• Good negotiating, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing and coordinating leasing activities.
• Market, promote, lease, and maintain maximum occupancy of properties.
• Attend to brokers, tenants and prospect tenants on inquiries and site inspections.
• Prepare reports for upper management (revenue forecasts, marketing plans, market reports).
• Assist in negotiating and reviewing lease proposals and documents.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend actions to upper management.
• Coordinate with various departments on leasing matters.
