Job summary

K.U.S Structural Components, Inc. in Mandaue City, Cebu, seeks a proactive sales professional to grow key accounts in construction projects. You will solicit new customers, assess buying patterns, and draft competitive quotations to win deals.

You'll collect project background, plan field visits, and monitor payments while contributing to revenue growth. The role requires a civil engineering background (preferred), English and Filipino bilingualism, and an independent, customer‑minded work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• At least 1 year of related Sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in Construction Industry (Preferred).
• Flexible, organized and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Filipino.
• Able to work without supervision, equipped with a strong customer service mindset.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills.
• The right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to do field work in assigned areas.
• Willing to report on site in Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Solicits new customers/products through Project Information, existing customers’ recommendations, and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects.
• Evaluate customers’ behavior and buying patterns in order to appropriately draft quotations to maximize the possibility of securing the deal.
• Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval.
• Administers proper planning of visiting schedules in advance to achieve maximum customer visits per week.
• Monitors and follows up on long-overdue payments.
• Analyses reports which help to increase sales revenue and achieve profitability.
• Any other ad-hoc duties by Sales Manager
