Job summary

GCash is seeking an Incident Management Lead to oversee operational and technology risk incidents, ensuring thorough investigations, root-cause analysis, and effective action plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in risk, incident management, controls, or data-related functions in financial services/fintech.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate operational and technology risk incidents reported by different units.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and investigations with stakeholders.
• Support incident investigations and participate in briefings/war rooms as needed.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve incidents and strengthen controls.
• Monitor action plans and ensure timely implementation of measures.
• Assist in tracking issues, risks, and action items across teams.
• Prepare incident reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support updates to incident management policies and standards.
• Escalate key risks and non-compliance issues when necessary.
• Provide regular updates to the Risk Division Head.
