Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management within financial/fintech industries.
• Knowledge of Compliance, Data Privacy and Information Security.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk exposures and implement mitigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Good understanding of process management, internal controls, and risk management practices.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong problem solving skills.
• High integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs related to the development of the ORM function and workplans.
• Formulate and implement operational risk management strategies for compliance.
• Develop operational risk policies and standards.
• Identify and assess operational risks across units (RCSA and Project Risk Assessments).
• Support business assurance in developing KRIs.
• Identify root causes of operational risks and recommend mitigations.
• Monitor risks and track risk treatment plans.
• Ensure implementation of Incident and Issue Management ORM tools.
• Prepare reports on operational risk activities for senior management and committees.
• Escalate key risks and non-compliance incidents to stakeholders.
