Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to launch and support customers while collaborating with cross-functional Vector teams. You will guide configuration and implementation decisions, lead meetings with customer project managers, and assist with platform configurations and troubleshooting.

You will also mentor junior teammates, provide status updates to Directors and executives, and help shape team-wide strategies in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing, service-oriented role focusing on relationship management.
• 3+ years implementing software for customers and able to pick up new technology quickly.
• Experience using Salesforce, Service Cloud, Churn Zero and other similar software.
• Experience working in a high growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch and support customers while working cross-functionally with Vector team members.
• Guide configuration and implementation decisions based on customer use cases.
• Lead implementation meetings with customer project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Brief Directors and executives on project status.
• Support team-wide strategies and processes.
