Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course.
• 5+ years or more related leadership experience.
• Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.
• Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and Salesforce.com a plus.
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Implementation team to meet deliverables and target revenue.
• Research and resolve staff questions, issues and problems.
• Maintain seamless communication with global centers and liaise regularly on operations.
• Mentor leaders within the group and provide coaching.
• Create, update, deliver and present management reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in staffing, performance reviews and coaching as needed.
