Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing, service-oriented role focusing on relationship management.
• 3+ years implementing software for customers and comfortable learning new technology quickly.
• Experience using Salesforce, Service Cloud, Churn Zero and similar software.
• Experience working in a high growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Vector Solution's technology for assigned business units and guide configuration decisions.
• Lead implementation meetings with customer project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Brief executives on project status and contribute to team-wide strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Vector teams to automate and improve customer-facing processes.
