Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a dedicated Advisor to guide customers through onboarding, software adoption, and successful implementation of our AI-powered platform. You will act as a subject-matter expert, helping clients realize value and ensuring a smooth transition from plan to full deployment.

You will collaborate with product, support, and services teams, build onboarding playbooks, and monitor adoption metrics to drive customer success and long-term partnerships with a diverse, global client base.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience with 2+ years in customer success/implementation.
• 2-3 years experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
• Strong communication and handling of sensitive customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive adoption.
• Develop and manage SOPs and customer journey playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices.
