Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or advisory roles
• Experience leading client relationships and business development
• Proven ability to oversee engagements and financials
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Background in Human Capital Consulting/HR transformation preferred
• Exposure to global delivery models and emerging technologies advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead practice strategy, performance, and growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior clients and identify new opportunities.
• Drive business development, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Partner with recruitment and HR teams on workforce planning and capability development.
• Coach consulting leaders and strengthen team capabilities across locations.
