Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a senior HR leader to drive People & Culture strategy for a growing international client portfolio. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, coach leaders, and ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws while partnering with operations to align HR with business aims.

You will lead workforce analytics, strengthen employer branding, and work with shared services to deliver seamless employee experiences across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR/People & Culture experience, incl. 4+ years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and ER.
• Experience with HRIS and analytics for enterprise clients.
• Experience with Great Place to Work or EVP initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to align People & Culture with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, engagement, retention.
• Analyze workforce data to drive engagement and operational improvements.
• Advise leaders on performance, ER, change management, and investigations.
• Support employer branding and EVP to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and HR governance.
• Collaborate with shared services to deliver seamless employee experiences.
• Drive culture, inclusion, collaboration, and alignment with values.
