Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure policies, programs, and strategies align with business objectives.

You will manage employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and organizational development, while leading the HR team and partnering with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably managing multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, L&D, and HR operations.
• Experience in HR policy development, labor relations, and Philippine labor law compliance.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall HR operations and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including manpower planning and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals, goal setting, evaluation, and improvement plans.
• Manage compensation and benefits, including salary administration and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulations.
