Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the People & Culture function, aligning HR strategies with business goals and ensuring effective delivery of human resource programs and operations.

You will oversee employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance and HR governance, partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives. The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ in senior leadership, with BPO/RPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
• Experience leading HR functions within a BPO/RPO/offshourcing/MSP or similar outsourced services environment.
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Strong leadership, people management, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with employees, leadership, clients and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and people programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and department heads on people-related matters.
• Lead, mentor and develop the People & Culture team to ensure high performance and growth.
• Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for improvement in P&C.
• Guide employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS access and records management.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Service & Delivery and Performance & Development teams to resolve client and employee matters.
