Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Leader in the Philippines to drive complex client transformation programs across HR domains, including TA, onboarding, and HR services. You will lead multiple workstreams, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled improvements across a BPO-centric delivery center.

You will shape future-state HR operating models, build roadmaps and business cases, and ensure benefits realization while coaching transformation consultants

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR transformation, operations, or management consulting in BPO/shared-services.
• Led complex transformation programs with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder engagements.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models, and controls.
• Experience assessing current-state processes and developing future-state designs and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate insights into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and HR technology platforms is a plus.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing project teams in client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements and workstreams across client accounts or portfolios.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on operating models and transformation priorities.
• Assess HR processes (TA, onboarding, HR services, admin, learning, talent Mgt) and design future-state roads.
• Develop case studies, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Govern programs with milestones, risks, and benefits realization.
• Lead governance forums, workshops, and executive reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with HR operations, tech, data, change mgmt, and delivery teams.
• Oversee readiness, testing, transition, adoption, and post-implementation reviews.
