IBM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a client-facing HR Transformation Consultant to lead HR process improvement initiatives across BPO and business operations. You will partner with clients, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design future-state processes, and implement automated and AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in HR transformation, HR operations, or business transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to work with clients, leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage delivery expectations.
Knowledge of process-mapping, root-cause analysis, performance insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Responsabilités

Lead HR transformation projects and defined workstreams from discovery through implementation and benefits tracking.
Partner with client stakeholders to understand priorities and identify transformation opportunities.
Define future-state process maps, gap assessments, and implementation plans; monitor adoption and results.
