You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

This full-time role emphasizes compliance with Philippine employment laws, effective communication, and the use of ATS and recruitment software to track progress and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an internal HR function or recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification as part of candidate evaluation.
• Facilitate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate reports on metrics and trends.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company recruitment policies.
