Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to support workforce planning, talent onboarding, employee relations, and labor compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Talent Acquisition and 3P partners, onboarding new hires, resolving employee cases with Legal and leadership, and maintaining HR data integrity and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience with HR reports, trackers, and data consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and endorse manpower requests against budget before Talent Acquisition submission.
• Conduct manpower planning data validation and attrition analysis for staffing decisions.
• Track headcount movements and maintain datadriven reporting.
• Coordinate hiring requests with Talent Acquisition and 3P partners, and onboard new hires.
• Lead employee case resolution with Legal and leadership, and maintain case files.
• Ensure compliance with HR Service Delivery and data integrity across HR systems.
