Stockcare Cargo and Warehousing Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role bridges HR and business operations, advising senior management and department heads on people strategies and workforce planning.

You will drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and change initiatives while ensuring PH compliance. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and strategic partnership across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, with 3+ years in HRBP or strategic HR.
• Strong knowledge of PH employment law and regs.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and org development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
• Analytical with data-driven insights; experience in change management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to align HR solutions with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance on talent management, org design and workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment and retention efforts to attract top professionals.
• Develop employee engagement programs to improve culture and retention.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with PH laws and company policies across HR functions.
• Analyze HR metrics to demonstrate HR contribution to business results.
• Support learning and development initiatives to upgrade capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and talent development.
