Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain HR Business Partner in the Philippines. You will partner with leaders to align people strategies with manufacturing and logistics goals, handle employee relations, and drive talent development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in HR in manufacturing/FMCG/supply chain environments.
• Strong employee and labor relations experience.
• Experience supporting org change and transformation.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SC GTM Director to align people strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Lead talent review and succession planning for SC GTM.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment for critical roles.
• Drive learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead engagement activities and culture initiatives.
• Support compensation reviews and equity in rewards.
• Ensure HR governance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide data analytics and reporting to leadership.
