Responsibilities

• Analyze the current supply chain and warehouse network (nodes, flows, service levels).
• Map end-to-end distribution flows across factories, warehouses and customer points.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Support the design and evaluation of future network scenarios.
• Build analytical models to simulate different network configurations.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and ROI estimates.
