Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Pasig seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with supply chain go-to-market objectives. The role focuses on employee relations, change management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the function.

You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, succession, and capability-building initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. This is an on-site role based in Pasig.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, or 3–5 years in HRBP or HR Manager roles in manufacturing/Supply Chain environments.
• Strong experience in employee and labor relations management.
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to SC GTM leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment for critical supply chain roles, and onboarding of new hires.
• Drive learning, capability building, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
