Job summary

SM Store in the Philippines seeks an Manager, HR Business Partner to plan and implement HR strategies across designated branches. You will build advisory partnerships with business leaders, align HR programs with business objectives, and lead talent and performance initiatives.

You will collaborate with HR experts and Employee Services to ensure effective service delivery, manage branch staffing, and guide people managers through performance and development plans, while implementing HR systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced study is an advantage.
At least 4 years' work experience in an HR leadership role.
Experience partnering with business leaders and HR functions.

Responsibilities

Build advisory relationships with branch partners and stakeholders to align HR plans with business goals.
Collaborate with HR Zone Head and Employee Services to ensure effective service delivery in the branch.
Ensure branch staffing plans and resources meet target levels for the branch.
Coach managers on performance management and talent development processes (IDPs/PDPs/PIPs).
Implement HR systems in the branch and ensure policy adherence and data accuracy.
Execute Compensation and Benefits activities in the branch and support engagement programs.
