Job summary

SM Store in Consolacion, Philippines seeks an experienced Manager, HR Business Partner to partner with branch leadership in planning and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. The position leads HR programs, guides performance management, and ensures effective compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives within the branch.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree, advanced study in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or Business Management an advantage
• With at least 4 years' work experience in an HR leadership capacity

Responsibilities

• Build and develop advisory relationships with business partners and stakeholders to support business objectives
• Collaborate with HR Zone Head and Employee Services Teams for branch service delivery
• Ensure branch plantilla is in place and resources are available at target levels
• Coach and guide branch managers on performance management systems and talent interventions
• Implement HR systems in the branch and ensure data accuracy and policy adherence
• Implement compensation and benefits functions and activities in the branch
• Work with branch partners on employee engagement and wellness programs
