Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years HR supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge in compensation and benefits.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees payroll processes including time and labor accuracy and government reporting.
• Manages benefits administration and coordinates with providers and clinics.
• Maintains job descriptions and supports compensation studies and surveys.
• Handles HR information management and headcount reporting.
• Coordinates policy changes with HR leadership and communicates them across the organization.
