Job summary

CO Careers in Clark Pampanga is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead daily People Management for the North America division. You will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and lifecycle activities while developing HR Generalists and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Role is on-site with night schedule, coordinating with multiple teams to support payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Strong hands-on HR Generalist/Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary processes.
• Experience leading HR staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and oversee HR Generalists.
• Coordinate with NA Service Delivery Manager onEmployee/ account concerns.
• Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and performance plans.
• Support onboarding, contracts, engagement, and lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and records.
• Ensure HRIS updates, reporting, and record management.
• Monitor workloads, service levels, and people metrics.
• Identify gaps and implement compliant process improvements.
• Escalate high-risk matters to Senior HR Business Partner.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and other teams.
