Job summary

Thomson Medical in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join its HR team. You will report to the Director of Human Resource and manage HR processes to drive an optimal employee experience across business units.

The role covers end-to-end HR operations, HR policy interpretation, performance management, budgeting, and employee relations. Prior payroll exposure is a plus, and a strong, proactive HR mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with extensive HR generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, resilient, with problem solving and decision making.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full employee life cycle administration for assigned BUs, including recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.
• Advise HODs on HR policies and interpretation; provide HR consultancy.
• Support performance management, budgeting, and manpower planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee benefits administration and insurance data processing.
• Maintain HR systems and confidential employee data; ensure statutory compliance.
