Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with internal stakeholders, translating business goals into HR solutions that drive performance and growth.

You will contribute to workforce strategy, structural design, and succession planning, while leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of global HR practices, labor law, and mobility policies.
